Friendly staff and good central location. Hotel room was big with comfy bed and bedding. Bathroom and balcony needs renovating but still clean and had what I needed. Could easily cast to the tv which was a bonus. Parking limited but plenty of local street parking. Restaurant was great, although a bit pricey. Overall happy with stay.

The hotel is very well located — right on the river and in walking distance to cafes and restaurants. It has 24-hour reception and the rooms are secure. All amenities worked well. Anjuta was particularly helpful and friendly, and should be commended for her excellent customer service.

Check in was efficient, staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. Accommodation was clean, spacious, practical . Easy access for walks along the river. On-site restaurant had available buffet breakfast. Parking was available. Reception is 24 hours. Absolutely lovely staff.
